This is what happens when you’re up at 2:30 am, restless as hell. Brain won’t shut up, emotions are all over the fucking place, and the world seems like it’s exploding and imploding in your mind, all at the same time.
Sooo… my new practice when I feel this way, is instead of resisting the creepy crawly nervous feeling, I just embrace the uncomfortableness; jump in, swim around in it… get my hair wet… cover myself with that icky feeling. Maybe even slurp it up through a straw. :)
Amazingly, this practice led to some kind of interesting creative outlet. Hehe. Oh yeah, doing life!
